Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber how important it is to go and love yourself.
And when even that becomes hard while navigating a life in the spotlight—and the speculation and negative chatter that it often comes with—thankfully, they have each other.
“I got married to somebody who’s been dealing with the most intense amount of scrutiny since they were so young,” Hailey told Vogue Australia in an interview published in February. “So, I think having a partner that really understands it is definitely the main source of comfort and understanding.”
After all, Hailey, too, has long been in her own spotlight.
“I think it doesn’t ever really get easier, if I’m being honest,” the 29-year-old said. “I think it’s always difficult to be dealing with so much noise and so much outside opinion and perspective and constantly being perceived all the time.”
And even though “things do tend to roll off your back,” she admitted, “It doesn’t ever make things less intense or less hurtful.”
