The Second Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) begins to analyze, starting this Friday (13), Minister André Mendonça’s decision on the arrest of banker Daniel Vorcaro, from Master bank, and three other people. The trial will take place in a virtual plenary session and will continue until March 20th.
The participation of Minister Dias Toffoli has not yet been confirmed, who left the Master case report at the STF after the disclosure of information that would link him to a company investigated by the Federal Police. Since then, the process has been led by minister André Mendonça.
Ministers will be able to register their votes in the Court’s electronic system between March 13th and 20th. Vorcaro is imprisoned at the Federal Penitentiary of Brasília, in a cell measuring approximately 9 square meters. He remains isolated during an adaptation period, without the right to visits or contact with other inmates.
