The Superior Court of Justice postponed to April 14th the deadline for concluding the internal inquiry investigating allegations of sexual harassment against minister Marco Aurélio Buzzi.
The investigation seeks to clarify facts that allegedly occurred in January of this year, in Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina. The minister was precautionarily removed from the court. According to the complaint, Buzzi had tried to grab an 18-year-old girl, daughter of a couple of friends, while swimming in the sea while they were on vacation on the coast of Santa Catarina.
In addition to the investigation, the case is being processed by the National Council of Justice, which investigates possible disciplinary infractions and administrative consequences.
