Amid the conflict in the Middle East, the USA and Spain began a clash over military cooperation. On Wednesday (4), the White House announced military cooperation with the Spanish government, which then “categorically” denied the agreement. There are two American bases in Spain, but Madrid has banned the US from using them. See the map below:
