The number of deaths in Lebanon in attacks led by Israel now exceeds 50. This Wednesday alone (4), twelve people lost their lives. The Israeli government says the targets are all linked to Hezbollah, a paramilitary group allied with Iran.
The attacks are part of Israel’s offensive against the terrorist group Hezbollah. This Tuesday (3), tanks advanced into Lebanese territory, in the south of the country. The bombings mainly focus on the southern part of the capital Beirut.
According to the Lebanese state agency NNA, a residential building in the city of Baalbek was hit. According to the vehicle, rescue teams are working to remove victims from the rubble of the four-story building. There is still no information about injuries.
