The information was also reported by the Iranian agency Tasnimwhich showed images of the site severely damaged by the attacks. “Zionist-American criminals attacked the Assembly of Experts building in Qom” south of Tehran.

The Israel Defense Forces said it had completed another wave of airstrikes against Iranian military targets in Tehran and Isfahan.

The Iranian state news agency More said on Tuesday that Mojtaba Khamenei, son of the late supreme leader Ali Khamenei considered his successor, would be alive. The regime has not yet commented on the new wave of bombings.

Earlier in the day, the Israeli Armed Forces had announced bombings against the presidential office, the building of the Supreme National Security Council, responsible for making security decisions, and an institute training Iranian officers.

In the military statement, Israel said it bombed places where the regime’s leadership and senior security officials frequently met.

US President Donald Trump spoke out on this fourth day of consecutive attacks and said that Iran is seeking dialogue with the US amid the war, however, it is “too late” for negotiations.
