“Right now, the people of Iran are proud of having done everything necessary to avoid war. Now is the time to defend the homeland and confront the enemy’s military aggression. Just as we were prepared to negotiate, we are even more prepared than ever to defend the integrity of Iran. The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will respond to aggressors with firmness,” the note said.
