The Federal Supreme Court (STF) resumes this Thursday (26) the judgment of the actions that deal with the payment of extra funds to public servants, the so-called “penduricalhos”. In other words, compensation funds that can provide salaries above the ceiling.
The ministers analyze individual decisions by ministers Flávio Dino and Gilmar Mendes in two distinct processes that suspend transfers in all spheres of public work. The cases return to the agenda this Thursday with the votes of the rapporteurs and other magistrates.
Congress also plays an important role in this discussion. At the beginning of the week it was decided that parliamentarians will work together with the STF to draw up a transitional rule on the matter. The aim of the rule will be to respect the constitutional ceiling.
