American court sues the state of New Jersey for ‘hindering’ the work of immigration agents

The executive order signed by the governor says that “except when there is a warrant or court order, Executive agencies shall not allow federal immigration agents to enter, access or use non-public areas of state properties for the purposes of enforcing federal civil immigration legislation.”
