Developing Russia’s nuclear forces is top priority, says Putin

In his brief speech on the occasion of Defender of the Fatherland Day in Russia, Putin stated that he wants to continue efforts aimed at “strengthening the Army and Navy, taking into account the evolution of the international situation, based on the military experience gained during the special military operation”, the name by which Russian authorities refer to the offensive in Ukraine.
