The name of Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, is no longer on the INSS CPMI agenda, scheduled to take place this Monday (23).
Last Thursday (19), the STF minister, André Mendonça, decided that the banker’s trip to testify is optional and, if he decides to attend, he cannot use a private jet, at risk of flight.
With the defense withdrawing and the name being removed from the agenda, Vorcaro is not expected to attend the hearing.
