Negotiations between the USA, Ukraine and Russia end without an agreement to end the war; Zelensky accuses Russians of dragging out negotiations

Before the end of the meeting in Geneva this Wednesday, Zelensky accused Russia of dragging out negotiations and said that an agreement to end the war in Ukraine, which will complete four years next week, could already have taken place.
