The Justice of São Paulo denied the request for temporary arrest from the owners of the C4 Gym, in the East Zone of the capital, where a student died after swimming class last weekend.
The police charged the three partners with homicide with possible intent, when the risk of causing death is assumed.
O request for the arrest of the three partners by the Civil Police had received a favorable statement from the Ministrypublic river of São Paulo, but the Court opted to impose precautionary measures.
Preventive detention will only be determined in case of non-compliance with the imposed conditions.
