The system is completely manufactured in Spain and weighs approximately 150 kg. It is being developed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions as well as precision operations and is part of the company’s growing portfolio of unmanned solutions.
Designed for fully autonomous operation, the SRC 100 Razor can operate even in environments where satellite navigation signals are jammed. According to the manufacturer, the drone uses a secure communication system to maintain connectivity even in complex situations and maintains the ability to perform missions independently with high performance.
Designed with low observability in mind, the platform can be used both as an advanced aerial target and in real-world operations where greater obscurity is required. The model is designed for mass deployment and is based on the concept of an “attritable” system, with a parachute recovery system to enable reuse and reduce costs in higher-risk operations.
The SRC 100 Razor is the first product of the SIROCO project and marks Sener’s expansion in the autonomous systems space, driven by the acquisition of SCR. The company has also announced the expansion of its industrial facilities in Spain, which will cover over 40,000 square meters for the defense and space sectors, increasing production capacity for future demand.
