Jair Bolsonaro’s defense filed a new request for humanitarian house arrest to the STF minister, Alexandre de Moraes, this Wednesday (11). The document asks that the decision to keep the former president in Papudinha be reviewed based on the results of the medical examination.
Lawyers reinforce that Bolsonaro’s health does not allow him to remain in a prison environment. Among the health problems cited are a history of multiple abdominal surgeries, recurrent episodes of aspiration pneumonia and postural instability.
The defense also informs the need for frequent monitoring, strict medication control, specific diet and multidisciplinary monitoring.
