Ministers of the Superior Court of Justice (STF), contacted by Band TV reporter, Caiã Messina, defined the precautionary removal of minister Marco Buzzi as a “prophylactic measure, to preserve the image of the court”.
In the opinion of the majority of ministers, “in view of the avalanche of complaints, it was no longer possible to leave him in the House”.
Some ministers also stated that “the removal will be beneficial to the minister, because he will be able to have more time and energy to prepare his own defense”. Furthermore, more than ever, the assessment is that he will be retired.
The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) decided, unanimously, for the precautionary removal of minister Marco Aurélio Gastaldi Buzzi, the target of allegations of sexual harassment.
