The Full Court of the Superior Court of Justice, meeting in an extraordinary session held this Tuesday (10), decided, unanimously, for the precautionary removal of Minister Marco Buzzi.
He is being investigated for sexual harassment after being accused by an 18-year-old girl. A new complaint was made to the National Council of Justice this Monday (9). The woman has already given a statement to the CNJ Internal Affairs Office. He denies it.
