The crimes, which are being investigated by the Grenoble prosecutor’s office (central-eastern France), were allegedly committed in Germany, Switzerland, Morocco, Niger, Algeria, the Philippines, India, Colombia and New Caledonia, where the man worked as an educator, explained prosecutor Etienne Manteaux, who wants to “allow other possible victims to come forward.” The man also confessed, during the investigation, to the murders of his mother and aunt.
