Senator Alessandro Vieira presented a request to the Organized Crime CPI to break the banking, tax, telephone and telematic secrecy of a company controlled by José Carlos Dias Toffoli and José Eugênio Dias Toffoli, brothers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) minister Dias Toffoli.
The request covers the period from January 2022 to February 2026 and includes the request for Financial Intelligence Reports from the Financial Activities Control Council (Coaf).
In the request, Vieira states that recent reports indicate possible irregularities involving the company and maintains that the measure is necessary to advance the investigations conducted by the commission.
The request provides access to detailed financial transactions, including data on current accounts, savings, investments and other assets and values held in financial institutions.
