Victims shot died as they approached places for humanitarian aid collection, according to UN Human Rights Office. Balance counts deaths since May, when help was restored in Gaza. Smoke cloud after Israel bombing in the Jack Guez / AFP Gaza Strip The UN Human Rights Office said on Friday had registered at least 798 murders both at the US and Israel-backed Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), as well as near UN-humanitarian humanitarian trains. GHF uses US private and logistics companies to bring Gaza supplies, widely ignoring a UN -led system that, according to Israel, allowed militants to divert help. The United Nations classified the plan as “inherently insecure” and a violation of the rules of humanitarian impartiality. “Until July 7, we registered 798 murders, including 615 in the vicinity of the places of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and 183, presumably on the Aid Train Route,” Ravina Shamdasani, reporters in Geneva. GHF began distributing food packages in Gaza at the end of May and denies incidents occurred in their places.
