Germany is already nine IRIS-T handed over an air defense system to Ukraine, the Ukrainian reported Militarnyi portal.
This information was provided by Germany’s new ambassador to Ukraine, Haiko Thoms announced by Suspenseful in an interview for “To the best of my knowledge, there will be more in the near future IRIS-T systems will be delivered,” he said. “I know that this is still not enough. As I said, I live here, I understand the situation, I know the reality. But we will do everything we can and support Ukraine with the greatest possible effort,” added the ambassador.
