Tests of the first CV90 MkIV infantry fighting vehicle intended for the Slovak Armed Forces are already being carried out in Sweden.
The first units have recently left the production line and have entered the technical and operational testing phase, according to information from the Future Army portal based on data BAE Systems Hägglunds. The tests are primarily focused on verifying the specific configuration ordered by Slovakia, including command, control and communications systems developed in cooperation with local industry. This stage is considered crucial to ensure full integration of the vehicle with the operational requirements of the Slovak side.

Slovakia ordered a total of 152 vehicles CV90 under an intergovernmental agreement with Sweden. The program assumes extensive participation of the domestic industry: over 30 Slovak companies are involved in production, accounting for over 40% of the total contract value.
