The branches of the National Social Security Institute, INSS, will open across the country, for extra in-person service this Saturday (24) and Sunday (25). The objective is to anticipate appointments and compensate for the suspension of in-person services on January 28th, 29th and 30th.
On these days, all INSS agencies in the country will be closed for in-person service due to improvements planned in the pension systems of Dataprev, the company responsible for Social Security information technology.
The My INSS remote service channels, on the website and app and the 135 telephone exchange will also be unavailable from 7pm on the 27th until the 31st. The INSS informed that, in cases where the beneficiary prefers service on a business day, rescheduling will be provided.
