The Central Bank decreed this Wednesday (21) the extrajudicial liquidation of Will Financeira SA Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento.
The decision was made due to the behavior of Will Financeira’s economic and financial situation, its insolvency and the link of interest, evidenced by the exercise of control power by Banco Master, whose extrajudicial liquidation was decreed on November 18.
The BC note appointed EFB Regimes Especiais de Empresas Ltda as liquidator of the operation.
