In a note, the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) announced this Monday (19) that it has already registered around 569 thousand requests for reimbursement in relation to the Banco Master case. Of this total, approximately 377 thousand creditors completed the guarantee request process and proceeded with payment, which begins today. According to the agency, creditors will receive, within two business days, the requested amount in a single installment. Individuals must make the request through the FGC app, available for Android and iOS. Legal entities must make the request through the Investor Portal.
Also according to the note, there are requests from people trying to validate biometrics using a document without a CPF, which has generated refusals in the identity assessment. The fund reinforces the importance of checking the guidelines on the official website and in the FGC app.
The total amount to be paid in guarantees will be R$40.6 billion, compared to the fund’s total liquidity of R$125 billion.
