After Maduro’s capture by the US, Delcy Rodríguez sends letter to Trump

Marco Rubio, US secretary of state, reported that Maduro was arrested by American agents to respond to criminal charges he faces in the country. Rubio highlighted, in interviews with North American channels, that the US will not govern Venezuela, but will use an oil blockade to pressure the country.
