Julia Roberts and Emma Roberts Make Red Carpet Appearance Together for First Time in 13 Years
Emma Roberts and her son were in a true winter wonderland this holiday season.
The actress, 34, shared a snowy selfie with her son Rhodes5, on Dec. 24. Emma smiled wide, her red hair coming out the sides of her floral beanie, as Rhode sweetly grinned in front of her, wearing a green beanie to match his green coat. Emma captioned the photo, “merry merry!”
The photo came just before his 5th birthday, as Emma—now engaged to Cody John—welcomed Rhodes Dec. 27, 2020 with her then-boyfriend Garrett Hedlund. In the last five years, motherhood has made an immense impact on Emma’s life.
“Motherhood has given me so much depth in my emotions and understanding, both personally and professionally,” Emma told Harper’s Bazaar Spain earlier this month. “Seeing everything through his eyes is beautiful and transforms your perspective on the world.”
She also noted that it’s a never-ending journey.
“I feel like I’m still discovering who I am, as a person and as a mother,” she added. “I try to do my best, although I don’t always succeed, but I try.”
