According to information released by the corporation, the delivery is part of the targets set by the Russian Minister of Defense to accelerate the supply of weapons systems and equipment considered a priority for the troops. The crews responsible for accepting the fighters highlighted the aircraft’s ergonomics, reliability, and operational performance.

“It is a very comfortable aircraft, ergonomic, and with a high level of operational reliability. The Su-35S is in high demand by the troops, and pilots really like it. The aircraft demonstrated excellent performance during the special military operation,” said a Russian Aerospace Forces pilot quoted in the official statement.
Designed to ensure air superiority, the Su-35S is capable of operating in adverse weather conditions and at long distances from its base, while maintaining a high combat capability. According to Rostec, the past year marked a record in combat aircraft production, with the annual Su-35S manufacturing plan fully completed.

“The Su-35S is among the fighters most sought after by the troops and has the highest number of targets destroyed during the special military operation. It is capable of striking the enemy at record distances, of several hundred kilometers, using the full range of modern air weapons,” the corporation reported. The fighter also features advanced avionics and a sophisticated electronic warfare and countermeasures system—features that, according to Rostec, ensure extremely positive evaluations from pilots.
With the completion of this year’s deliveries, aircraft manufacturers at the United Aircraft Corporation have already begun work on the production program planned for the next cycle.
