“It is a very comfortable, ergonomic aircraft and has a high level of operational reliability. The Su-35S is in great demand among the troops and the pilots really like it. The aircraft shows excellent performance during special military operations,” a Russian Aerospace Forces pilot was quoted as saying in an official statement.

Designed to ensure air superiority, Su-35S capable of operating in adverse weather conditions and at long distances from its base, while maintaining high combat capability. “The Su-35S is among the most sought after combat aircraft by the troops and has the largest number of targets destroyed during special military operations. The aircraft is capable of striking the enemy at record distances, up to several hundred kilometers, using the entire spectrum of modern air weapons,” the corporation said. The fighter also features advanced avionics and highly advanced electronic warfare and countermeasures systems—features that, according to Rostec, generate very positive ratings from pilots.

With this year’s delivery complete, aircraft designers at United Aircraft Corporation have begun work on the production program planned for the next cycle.
