“We have lawyers working day and night to review the material and make legally required redactions in order to protect victims, and We will release the documents as quickly as possible. Due to the large volume of material, This process may take a few more weeks. The Department will continue to fully comply with federal law and President Trump’s mandate to release the files,” the Justice Department statement concluded.
