The Attorney General’s Office was in favor of Jair Bolsonaro’s (PL) defense request for the former president to undergo surgery on December 25th.
The lawyers asked Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), that the former president be hospitalized this Wednesday (24) to operate on two inguinal hernias.
The next step for Bolsonaro to leave prison at the Federal Police Superintendency and go to the DF Star Hospital, in Brasília, is authorization from the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.
