Israel says Beirut attack targeted Hezbollah chief of staff

The Israeli military said this Sunday (23) that it attacked a militant from the Lebanese group Hezbollah, aligned with Iran, in the southern suburbs of Beirut. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said the target of the attack was Hezbollah’s chief of staff. There is no confirmation whether the group leader was hit.
