The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, denied the house arrest requested by the defense of former president Jair Bolsonaro.
The lawyers made the request on Friday (21), claiming that Bolsonaro has permanent illnesses, which require “intense medical monitoring” and that, for this reason, the former president must remain under house arrest.
Jair Bolsonaro was preventively arrested this Saturday morning (22) after a request from the Federal Police (PF) to the Federal Supreme Court (STF), decreed by Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
