UN postpones vote on use of force in Strait of Hormuz

👉 Located off the coast of Iran, the Strait of Hormuz is a of the main maritime corridors for global oil navigation. Around 20% of all the oil and gas consumed in the world passes through there, coming from large producers in the Middle East, such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and Qatar.
