Is Vince Vaughn ready to be the life of the party once again?
The Wedding Crashers actor—who starred opposite Owen Wilson as divorce mediators looking to seduce women in the 2005 romantic comedy— shared what he thinks about a sequel after his costar Isla Fisher previously revealed that “conversations” about such a project had taken place.
“There’s always been discussions about it,” Vince told E! News’ Will Marfuggi on the red carpet at the Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice premiere in Los Angeles March 24. “If there’s a good story, it’s always fun to do something, but I think you need a really good idea and not just jump into it.”
After all, the 55-year-old—who plays Nick in the Hulu sci-fi action comedy, out March 27—noted his selectivity about revisiting past roles throughout his decadeslong career.
“I’ve never really done a sequel,” he continued. “I’ve been asked to do some of them, but I think it has to be its own story.”
