US attacks Iran from the air and sea; Iranians react as they choose new ayatollah: where the war stands Records show curious children touching the projectile and trying to climb it, while animals and shepherds remain around. The country is another one of those impacted by Iran’s retaliatory actions. The conflict, which began when the US and Israel attacked Iranian territory on Saturday (28), reached its 6th day. See below everything that happened this Thursday (5) so far: Israel carried out new bombings on Iran and Lebanon, and Iran responded with missile fire towards Israel; Explosions were heard in Doha, Qatar, and Manama, Bahrain. Qatar claimed to have suffered a missile attack; Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said it struck a US oil tanker in the Persian Gulf; Iran has denied sending a missile to Türkiye. The projectile was shot down by NATO air defenses on Wednesday; A drone hit Nakhchivan airport in Azerbaijan and left people injured.
