The presidency of the Organized Crime CPI canceled the sessions this Tuesday (3).
The cancellation occurred after those summoned to give testimony did not appear. The former president of the Central Bank, Roberto Campos Neto, and the founder of Reag Investimentos, João Carlos Mansur, would be deposed, who did not want to appear before the commission.
Decision by Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court, made the presence of the former president of the Central Bank optional. Campos Neto said he could provide clarifications in writing. In the case of João Carlos Mansur, the CPI must get in touch to reschedule the hearing.
