Bryan J. Parker, 58, was arrested after breaking into Daytona Beach International Airport on Wednesday (25). He confessed to being “highly intoxicated” when he drove his Ford Mustang through the locked gate.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Department, the man tried to get into one of the parked planes. Fox35 attempted to board at least two aircraft.

Police camera footage showing airport authorities and police officers restraining Parker on the ground.

“I don’t remember. I was at home. I went to an AA meeting and all of a sudden I’m doing cocaine and drinking and smoking weed,” he confesses in the video.

“So you were using all kinds of drugs and went through a gate?” asks a police officer. “Yes, and I crashed my car,” the Mustang owner responded.

The confused driver asked “what happened?” just moments after being handcuffed. “What is my car doing there?” he muttered as the police placed him in the back seat of a squad car.

Authorities said no one was injured.

Parker was charged with attempted aircraft piracy, trespassing, criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, driving under the influence with property damage and refusal to submit to testing.

The airport praised the efforts of everyone who participated in the report and warned of the Mustang invasion.

“Passenger safety is always Daytona Beach International Airport’s top priority,” they said in a statement.
