British tuner bets on a widebody package dominated by carbon fiber to transform Lamborghini’s high-performance SUV, with a simultaneous debut in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Urban Automotive officially unveiled its new interpretation of the Lamborghini Urus SE, called the Urus SE Widetrackin a global launch held simultaneously in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, and Las Vegas, United States. Specializing in luxury vehicle modifications, the British company applied an extensive carbon fiber-focused design program to the Italian SUV, reinforcing the model’s aggressive visual appeal.

According to the tuner, the project was developed under its OEM+ philosophy, a concept that aims to enhance the car’s visual impact and exclusivity without completely breaking away from the manufacturer’s original identity. In the case of the Urus SE, this resulted in a comprehensive body redesign with subtle references to iconic models from Lamborghini’s history.
According to Urban Automotive, the program required around 10,000 hours of design and development. Highlights include a new carbon fiber front end, featuring a three-piece splitter with canards, as well as a redesigned hood with a functional opening inspired by the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. The component also features 3D-produced inlets and outlets with the traditional hexagonal pattern associated with the Italian brand.

On the sides, the Urus SE receives six-piece carbon fiber fender extensions, increasing the SUV’s width by 40 mm. The goal is to give the model a wider and more striking stance. The side panels were also redesigned and include 3D details with the Urban Automotive logo, along with aerodynamic elements that reference the classic air intake of the Lamborghini Miura.
The rear has also been heavily modified. The new carbon fiber bumper integrates an exposed diffuser, dual ventilation, and separate canards. Another highlight is the additional rear spoiler, which works together with the original wing to create a “stacked” visual effect, enhancing the SUV’s sporty presence. The setup is completed by quad exhaust outlets with a distinctive finish.

On the launch vehicle, Urban Automotive also fitted Urban-Vossen UV-1R wheels, sized to better fill the widened arches. At the Las Vegas presentation, the model appeared with a premium Inozetek Gloss Pearlescent Pearl Marigold Orange wrap, further emphasizing the build’s eye-catching character.
Matthew Welchthe company’s CEO, stated that the Urus SE Widetrack is the most sophisticated and visually dramatic Lamborghini ever developed by Urban. Design lead John Hancock highlighted that the goal was to intensify the SUV’s visual dynamism and muscular stance, expanding Lamborghini’s design DNA into an even more assertive interpretation of the model.
The complete Urban Widetrack conversion for the Lamborghini Urus SE is available from £51,800fully equipped. The company also offers bespoke interior customization, with different color and material options for customers.
