A discreet figure within the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei has not been seen in public since Saturday, when US and Israeli bombing of the supreme leader’s compound killed his 86-year-old father. Mojtaba’s wife, Zahra Haddad Adel, also died in the attack. The attack started a war between the US, Israel and Iran (read more below).
