Iran creates Lego-style animation with provocations against Trump and accusation against the USA after school attack; VIDEO

Iran responds to attacks by the United States and Israel with missiles and drones, but also wages a propaganda war with a Lego-style animated video featuring toy versions of American President Donald Trump, bombs and fighter jets. The Iranian state institute Revayat-e Fath released its video on public television following the February 28 American and Israeli attacks that killed supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and triggered war in the Middle East. The two-minute video has since been shared on platforms owned by Meta and X, where it has garnered tens of thousands of likes and shares. Without dialogue, it appears to have been designed to reach an international audience in a war that has shaken energy markets and stock markets and divided global public opinion. The video begins with Lego-style depictions of American President Trump, flanked by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the devil himself, looking through an album titled “The Epstein File.” Enraged, Trump presses a red button to start the war and launches a missile through the clouds that hits what appears to be a classroom, with toys representing girls with pink scarves on their heads as they listen to their smiling teacher. After the teacher writes the words “My homeland is my life” on the board, the screen goes dark. The next scene shows a pink backpack and a pair of pink shoes among the rubble of an attack. An Iranian officer, also inspired by Lego, collects his backpack and cries, before his sadness turns to anger. Iran accuses the United States and Israel of bombing a school in Minab, in the south, on the first day of the war. Journalistic investigations also point in this direction: a New York Times analysis, based on satellite images and verified videos, indicates that the bombing occurred simultaneously with American attacks on a nearby Revolutionary Guard naval base, and two American officials told Reuters that military investigators consider it “likely” that United States forces were responsible; A Le Monde investigation also confirmed the presence of children and other civilians among the victims.
