Chase admitted that he had parked badly, but tried to justify it by saying that he had torn a ligament in his knee and therefore had the right to park there because he had a “disabled parking pass”.
The person who put the stickers on posted a video showing behind the scenes of his “exploit”. “I am the law of the parking lots. My justice will be swift and exact. These stickers are my judgment,” he says.
The fine for parking in handicapped parking spaces can be as high as $450 in most states.
