Government regulates protection rules for national producers in agreements such as the one approved between Mercosur-European Union

The triggers established by the European Union generated concern, especially in the Brazilian agribusiness sector. The assessment is that Brazilian products, such as red meat and chicken, already overcome the triggers even without the agreement between the blocs.
