Minister Flávio Dino, of the Federal Supreme Court, suspended the breach of banking and tax secrecy by businesswoman Roberta Luchsinger. The breach had been approved by the CPMI of the INSS last Thursday (26), when the CPMI voted at once on 87 requests from deputies and senators, including the breaches of confidentiality by Roberta and Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, son of President Lula. Roberta and Lulinha are friends.
The breach of confidentiality also affected a company of which the person being investigated is a partner. Dino’s preliminary decision took place this Wednesday (4) and will be put to a vote in the STF plenary. The judge partially agreed with the businesswoman’s defense request. For the judge, the CPMI could not have approved the breach of confidentiality in a block vote, but rather in an individual analysis of the request.
