Honor Marie Warren was born on June 7, 2008, the first child of Jessica and Cashwho famously met on the set of Fantastic Four. Alba frequently shares moments from her daughter’s life on social media, celebrating milestones and achievements.

In 2021, Alba posted a heartfelt message on Instagram to celebrate Honor’s 13th birthday, joking that her daughter had already grown taller than her.

“My teenager!!!! This is 13!” she captioned a beautiful photo of Honor wearing jeans and a black jacket. “Yes you are way taller than me already, which you love to remind me of on the daily. You have a heart of gold, you are filled with compassion, you are wicked smart, silly, hilarious, and so kind… I’m just so proud of you … I’m sorry that whenever I look at you too long, I burst into tears – they are happy tears because the love is so deep and so profound and sad that I can’t push pause.”

In January 2024, Jessica opened up about an incident she said led her and Honor to go to therapy together. “Honor was probably 11, and we were arguing all the time about dumb stuff. And I was like, ‘I don’t want to live like this. This is not fun,’” she told REAL SIMPLE. “I didn’t want us to have a wedge between us. As her mother, when I say something, she’s going to hear it as an argument or as me trying to control her. I wanted there to be someone who could explain things in a way I couldn’t.”

“What I said to Honor was, ‘I want to be a better parent to you, and this is your forum to basically talk about everything that gets on your nerves that I do,” she continued.

Jessica went on to say it didn’t take long for her and Honor to see how therapy could work for them. “It put me in check. Like, ‘Yeah, I totally do that. And I’m sorry. I’m going to work on that.’ It gave her a little bit of perspective too—that I’m not the bad guy; I’m just being a parent,” she shared.

“She’ll come out the other side of it, and I’ll still be here. I just wanted to get to that point, and it worked,” she further admitted. “And the therapist allowed me to see that it’s natural for kids to disagree with their parents and as a parent, it’s not always about being right or rational in that moment. I’m not gonna front, it’s a process and I’m not perfect.”

Honor is set to attend Yale University in the fall of 2026.

Haven

Haven Garner Warren was born to Jessica and Cash on August 13, 2011, and it was apparent from the beginning that she’s a middle child to the core, always seeking attention. “My baby is savage with her transitions,” Jessica captioned a sassy mother-daughter dance clip on September 12, 2020, alongside a lion emoji. Jessica posted a video montage of her lookalike second daughter goofing around the kitchen with a viral TikTok audio track about second children.

“Let me tell ya’ll about that second born child,” the hilarious voiceover says, as Haven dances around a kitchen in an apron and mugging for the camera in the April post. “They ain’t with the bulls***. Look at your kids. That second one don’t give a s*** about nothin!”

Hayes

Hayes Alba Warren was born on December 31, 2017, making him a New Year’s Eve baby and the youngest child of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren. As of 2026, Hayes is 8 years old. Jessica shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram for his 8th birthday, posting several photos and videos of her son and praising his “bravery” during a year that brought “so many changes.”

“Your skills on the tennis court, golf course, soccer field, and handball court—which you improvise on every wall or back of a couch, indoors or out—are impressive to say the least,” she wrote. “You take pride in being kind and doing well, which makes my heart swell. I love your quick wit with your sisters, your competitive nature—kicking my butt in UNO on the regular—and your desire to always play and have fun.”

Jessica has occasionally shared funny moments about her son in interviews. While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonshe joked that Hayes might be the cutest of her kids. “He’s cuter than my daughters for sure,” she said with a laugh. “He’s the cutest of the three.”
