Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), rejected this Monday (2) the request for humanitarian house arrest presented by Jair Messias Bolsonaro’s defense.
The decision is based on the history of non-compliance with precautionary measures, an escape attempt recorded in 2025 and the official medical report that attests to the stability of the former president’s clinical condition within the prison unit.
