After changing defense minister, Venezuela’s interim president changes top military command

Rodríguez assumed the interim presidency of Venezuela in January, following Maduro’s capture by US forces. Since then, he has promoted changes in government and economic laws, including opening the oil sector to foreign companies and approving an amnesty for political prisoners.
