Afghanistan accused Pakistan of target a hospital for drug users in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on Monday night (16), stating that the airstrike killed at least 400 people. Pakistan rejected the accusation that it hit a hospital, saying its strikes, which were also carried out in eastern Afghanistan, did not target civilian locations.
