The São Paulo court has scheduled the trial of three military police officers for the murder of businessman and whistleblower Vinicius Gritzbach for June.
The popular jury will be held between June 22nd and 26th, at the Guarulhos Criminal Forum, in Greater São Paulo.
The crime occurred in November 2024, at Guarulhos International Airport, in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. They are also accused of the death of an app driver who was passing by at the time of the shooting and of injuring two people who were hit by shrapnel from shots fired at the airport.
Gritzbach was a murder defendant and accused of involvement in money laundering schemes for the criminal organization Primeiro Comando da Capital.
