United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of the state corporation Rostec, announced the delivery of a new batch of Su-57 aircraft to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The planes were produced in a “new technical configuration”, which includes upgrades to the avionics systems and the armament array.
According to UAC, the fifth-generation fighter jets have undergone technical acceptance and a full cycle of factory trials. The pilots of the Ministry of Defense carried out evaluations in different operational situations before being integrated into the operational units.

The Su-57 is described by UAC as a front-line multi-mission aviation complex, designed for missions against air, ground and sea targets. The manufacturer states that the platform is capable of operating 24 hours a day, even in harsh weather conditions and in environments of electronic interference.
A pilot from the Russian Air and Space Forces, quoted in the announcement, said that the new technical configuration is expected to expand the model’s basket of tasks and allow the integration of new armaments, in accordance with the supply targets set by the Ministry of Defense.
The CEO of UAC, Vadim Badaka, added that the fighter jet underwent a continuous process of evolution, with improvements in the systems and armament capabilities, with the aim of meeting updated operational requirements.
